About the Role:
Abwaab is looking for a hardworking, dedicated hustler to take ownership of our sales operations in one of our regional markets outside Amman. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to motivate a team, and is always ready to roll up their sleeves to hit targets.
Leading the regional sales team:
Managing sales agents on the ground, building shift schedules, closely monitoring individual performance, and tracking daily targets and incentive structures.
Supporting leadership in building the sales strategy:
Helping shape and execute a localized sales approach that contributes to the broader national goals.
Handling escalation cases:
Taking responsibility for customer or operational issues that require managerial attention.
Team development:
Creating tailored development plans for team members based on their unique strengths and growth areas.
Coordinating with the marketing team:
Aligning on the best go-to-market strategies to maximize outreach and sales impact in the region.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Working closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and alignment.
Exploring new sales channels:
Partnering with the Country Head to identify, test, and scale new opportunities for growth in the region.
