Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Multimedia Designer to join our Production team and support the development of high-quality visual and multimedia content across digital and offline platforms. The role will be responsible for designing engaging visual assets, supporting creative campaigns, and contributing to the company’s branding, educational, and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and experienced in producing professional multimedia content within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Multimedia Production:
Develop high-quality multimedia content including graphics, motion graphics, social media creatives, presentations, video assets, and branding materials.
Design engaging visual content aligned with the company’s branding and communication standards.
Support the Production and Marketing teams with creative concepts and visual storytelling initiatives.
Support workforce planning, replacement hiring, and recruitment reporting.
Video & Motion Graphics Support:
Support video production activities including editing, animation, transitions, subtitles, and post-production enhancements.
Create motion graphics and visual effects for digital campaigns, educational content, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with videographers, editors, and production teams to ensure creative consistency and delivery quality.
Branding & Creative Direction
Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all visual materials.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and production initiatives.
Support the enhancement and development of visual identity standards across different projects and departments.
Project Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with Production, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to execute creative requirements efficiently.
Manage multiple design requests and projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Provide creative support and collaboration across different creative and operational teams when needed.
Content & Asset Management
Organize and maintain design files, templates, production assets, and multimedia resources.
Ensure all content is properly formatted and optimized for intended platforms and channels.
Requirements and skills:
2–5 years of experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or related creative roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia, branding, video, and digital design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and digital content production.
Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in fast-paced creative, media, production, or marketing environments is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
