Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and managing teachers and Morsheds, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. This role is critical to maintaining the balance between supply and demand, overseeing the onboarding process, and continuously improving the quality of our educational offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, experience in the education sector, and the ability to manage teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
-Acquire new teachers and Morsheds through multiple channels.
- Manage the onboarding journey for teachers and Morsheds.
- Ensure supply/demand matching for optimal service delivery.
- Oversee Grade Leads and ensure service strategies align with commercial directives.
- Manage remote teams.
Requirements:
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
