About the role:
The marketing manager collaborates with performance marketing, content, product and social media centrally and within KSA. This is to keep positioning Abwaab as the main Ed-tech player in the region. Additionally to strategically communicate and expand our unique offerings across the whole kingdom.
Main scope of work:
Design a strategic marketing plan for Abwaab KSA to better position it within a hyper competitive market such as KSA
Manage all social media campaigns from ideation to execution on all platforms: Snapchat, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok and Twitter
Maintain a clear content calendar
Lead all marketing efforts for Abwaab KSA from SMS and email to social media and influencers marketing
Set and monitor KPIs for any designed social media campaign
Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing on launching paid campaigns to better reach the relevant target audience in KSA
Strengthen Abwaab’s brand awareness by engaging and experimenting with the relevant influencers/companies
Build a solid network of brand ambassadors (students, teachers, parents, etc) to help Abwaab further expand with various activities [both offline and online]
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in or with tech/fast-paced startups
Prior experience working on global projects and with different stakeholders
Deep understanding of the students’ behavior
Ability to interpret and read data to come up with critical data-based decisions
A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
