Job Description:
The Social Media Manager will oversee and lead a Social Media team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, ensuring consistency across channels, monitoring performance, and delivering comprehensive reports to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple subject-specific channels.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
Monitor content quality, brand voice, and consistency across all channels.
Analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives.
Identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities for each channel.
Oversee content schedules and ensure timely publishing.
Qualifications:
Graduated.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strategic mindset with a passion for driving engagement and growth.
