Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute video productions to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision.
Develop and share storyboards, shot lists, and creative concepts with team members.
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of video shoots, including talent, crew, locations, and technical setups.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure professional use of lighting, sound, and camera techniques.
Review footage during and after shoots to ensure high quality and alignment with project goals.
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Manage the production schedule to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Provide guidance and feedback to the post-production team to ensure the final product matches the vision.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video production and filmmaking.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in video directing or related roles.
Strong understanding of video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, and sound systems.
Strong storytelling skills and attention to creative details.
Ability to handle work pressure and adapt to tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in directing commercial, cinematic, or promotional videos.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video directing.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
