Role Overview:

As we work towards this mission, Abwaab is looking for a talented, passionate, impact driven, growth mindset, high performing, well organized leader to join our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales supervisors and agents within tele sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take appropriate action to drive sales growth.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to coach and motivate the sales team to ensure their continuous development and success.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Assisting in developing sales pitches and scripts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Previous sales leadership experience, preferably in telesales or call center industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiar with CRM systems and sales tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
