Role Overview:

You will be joining a startup that is changing the way  students learn outside the classroom across the region, and witnessing the thrill of building a hyper-growth tech company. 


As we work towards this mission, Abwaab is looking for a talented, passionate, impact driven, growth mindset, high performing, well organized leader to join our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales supervisors and agents within tele sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take appropriate action to drive sales growth.

  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to coach and motivate the sales team to ensure their continuous development and success.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Assisting in developing sales pitches and scripts. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Previous sales leadership experience, preferably in telesales or call center industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiar with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
