Abwaab | Sales Operations Manager
Role Overview:
You will be joining a startup that is changing the way students learn outside the classroom across the region, and witnessing the thrill of building a hyper-growth tech company.
As we work towards this mission, Abwaab is looking for a talented, passionate, impact driven, growth mindset, high performing, well organized leader to join our Sales Team.
Responsibilities
Manage sales teams and team leads in all markets.
Manage all verticals under sales (telesales, bookstores, direct sales, teacher agents, and any other vertical we create).
Think and create new sales channels that will get us to our targets.
Track and monitor the performance of every vertical and every team member to ensure we are operating efficiently and working towards hitting our targets.
Obsess about our sales numbers and own them fully.
Proactively track, analyze and report key sales metrics on a daily basis.
Analyze our sales performance and come up with plans and strategies that match the company’s targets.
Manage, coach, motivate and inspire the team to extract the most value out of them
Follow up on every single sales lead we get and work on optimizing our conversion metrics to maximize our sales.
Utilize current softwares and tools to actively monitor and manage the operation.
Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Manage everything related to creating payment plans, assigning agents .. etc on kill bill software.
Be ready to handle major challenges.
