Lead and manage the sales team and team leads across all Saudi operations.
Oversee all sales verticals, including telesales, bookstores, direct sales, teacher agents, and any future channels.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
Monitor and optimize the performance of all sales activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Take full ownership of sales KPIs — track, analyze, report, and drive results on a daily basis.
Build data-driven action plans aligned with company targets through performance analysis.
Coach, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Follow up on leads and continuously improve conversion rates across all funnels.
Leverage tools and software to streamline sales processes and maintain operational visibility.
Manage payment plans, agent assignments, and workflows using platforms like Kill Bill.
Tackle challenges with a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
Saudi national (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in tech, education, or high-growth environments
Strong analytical skills and experience in working with data and reporting tools
Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools
A proactive, driven personality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
