As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our platform. You'll have the opportunity to craft and execute digital marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and contribute to the evolution of education.
Main scope of work:
Plan, launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms that align with the company's objectives. Optimization can be done through A/B testing and feedback gathered from performance reports as well as on the ground and in the office sales teams.
Manage and grow the company's social media profiles and presence.
Manage digital marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
Monitor ROI and adjust as needed.
Ensure consistency of branding used across the country.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels and tactics.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Good communication and management skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
