Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented specialist to join our support team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Provide timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
- Assist with onboarding and product training.
- Stay updated on product features and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
