As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone(calls), email, and chat.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and technical issues.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Assist with customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and training as needed.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and company policies to effectively support customers.
Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends if required (Shifts working hours)
